Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 we are having to change the way we are working.  We understand that this is a significant change to the way you access care from us. If you have a fever, feel short of breath or have a cough do not come to the practice or telephone us, instead visit NHS Inform.  If following this you feel you require medical attention telephone NHS 24 on 111.  This number is free to telephone.

"For children under 5 years of age or those with particular health conditions who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of any physical or mental illness or impairment or disability or without severe distress an exemption applies.  There is no requirement to obtain evidence in the form of a letter from a doctor or government that you are exempt.  If you have a condition which means you cannot wear a face covering you need only advise that you cannot wear a face covering because you are exempt for one of the reasons listed above."

You may have been asked to 'shield' during the COVID-19 pandemic, often because your existing health conditions put you at particular risk.
